SLAT DISAGREE LIGHT ILLUMINATED ALONG WITH AUTO SLAT FAIL LIGHT.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT LANDED DFW WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED NR 1 STALL WARNING COMPUTER.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL.
