MIA   CREW REPORTED RUDDER TRIM ISSUE.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED MIA LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED AILERON RUDDER TRIM CONTROL PANEL.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION CLOSED.
