## Discrepancy

LAX  CREW REPORTED BURNING SMELL IN COCKPIT WITH EICAS MESSAGE "FWD EQUIP SUPPLY FAN".  FLIGHT LANDED LAX WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  R & R FORWARD EQUIPMENT SUPPLY FAN.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION CLOSED.
