OVERHEAD EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS FROM ROWS 8 TO 11 REMAIN ON AFTER POWER HAS BEEN REMOVED.  REPLACED BATTERY PACK ST ROW 8E/F BIN.  OPERATIONS CHECKED NORMAL.
