DFW BOTH CABIN TEMPERATURE CONTROLS INOPERATIVE.  FLIGHT RETURNED DFW LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED RT TEMPERATURE CONTROL VALVE.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION CLOSED.
