## Discrepancy

MCI RT HAND ENGINE START VLV OPEN LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED MCI LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED RT HAND ENGINE START VLV & STARTER ASSEMBLIES. SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION CLOSED.
