MIA CREW REPORTED LE SLAT DISAGREE MESSAGE.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT LANDED MIA WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED NR 6 LE ROTARY ACTUATOR.  SYSTEM GND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION CLOSED.
