IAH INFLIGHT DFW-SJO.  CREW REPORTED RT HAND HYD QUANTITY LOSS & LT HAND HYD QUANTITY INDICATOR WENT BLANK.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT DIVERTED IAH LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED RT HAND ANTI SKID VLV.  SYSTEM GND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION CLOSED.
