MIA CREW REPORTED LE SLAT DISAGREE.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT MIA LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED NR 13 ROTARY ACTUATOR & RESET TORQUE LIMITER.  SYS GND CHECKED NORMAL, OPERATION CLOSED.
