PLACARDED ANTI-SKID SYS INOPERATIVE IAW MEL & REROUTED ACFT.  REPLACED ANTI-SKID CONTROLLER AT MIA ON 04/08/2014.  SYS GND CHECKED NORMAL, OPERATION CLOSED.
