## Discrepancy

CDG CREW REPORTED RT ENG STARTER CAUTION LIGHT & STARTER VLV LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED TO CDG & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED RT ENG START VLV, SYS GND CHECKED NORMAL, OPERATIONS CLOSED.
