CDG INFLIGHT ZRH JFK.  CREW REPORTED TOTAL AIR TEMPERATURE PROBE FAILED.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT DIVERTED CDG LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED TAT PROBE & CURRENT SENSING RELAY K411.  SYS GND CHECKED NORMAL, OPERATION CLOSED.
