DFW CREW REPORTED ON DESCENT LT OIL STAINER CLOGGING ANNUNCIATOR CAME ON.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT LANDED DFW WITHOUT INCIDENT.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED LT ENG OIL FILTER DIFFERENTIAL PRESS SWITCH.  SYS GND CHECKED NORMAL, OPERATION CLOSED.
