TAIL COMPARTMENT HIGH LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON CLIMB OUT.  EMER DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED RT COLD DIVERTER CHECK VLV FLANGE GASKET.  SYS GND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION CLOSED.
