RIGHT HYD SYS FAILED ON DESCENT.  EMER DECLARED FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPLACED RT HYD SYS PRESS TRANSMITTER.  SYS GND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION CLOSED.
