EMER DECLARED FLIGHT DIVERTED & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  FOUND FUEL QTY WITHIN ALLOWABLE LIMITS.  SYS GND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION CLOSED.
