LEFT OIL STRAINER CLOGGING, LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING CLIMB OUT.  EMER DECLARED FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  FOUND CARBON IN FILTER, REPLACED OIL FILTER.  SYS GND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION CLOSED.
