RIGHT ENG OIL TEMP HIGH INDICATION.  RT ENG WAS SHUTDOWN, SINGLE ENG TIME WAS 20 MINUTES.  EMER DECLARED FLIGHT DIVERTED & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED RT ENG OIL TEMP SENSOR.  SYS GND CHECKED NORMAL, OPERATION CLOSED.
