EMERGENCY DECLARED, LANDING UNEVENTFUL & ACFT NOT OVERWEIGHT.  DURING APPROACH RT ENG OIL STRAINER CLOG LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  REDUCED POWER IAW QRH & LANDED.  R & R OIL FILTER IAW AMM 71-91-12.  NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED LEAK CHECK, SYS CHECKED GOOD.
