EMERGENCY DECLARED & LANDING UNEVENTFUL.  RT MLG DOOR DID NOT LATCH CLOSED ON LANDING.  FOUND DOOR UP LATCH ROLLER & ARM MISSING.  REPLACED LINK ASSEMBLY.  SYS CHECKED NORMAL.
