DURING CRUISE THE GND PROXIMITY WARNING SYS FAIL WARNING ILLUMINATED.   DIVERTED & EMERGENCY NOT DECLARED.  LANDING UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT PER AMM 34-45-00-501 WITH NOT FAULTS FOUND. SYSTEM CHECKS NORMAL.
