STALL WARNING SYS FAILED DURING CLIMB.  AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED & FLIGHT RETURNED LANDING OVERWEIGHT WITHOUT INCIDENT.  R & R LT AOA SENSOR IAW AMM 34-21-05 WITH GOOD OPERATIONAL CHECK.
