DURING CRUISE FLIGHT CREW OBSERVED, RT ENG OIL FILTER, EICAS MSG ACCOMPANIED BY RT ENG VIBRATION.  ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN IN FLIGHT, EMERGENCY DELARED & ACFT LANDED.  R & R ENGINE.  POWER PLANT ENGINEERING REPORTS NR 4 BEARING FAILURE.
