## Discrepancy

AS CREW CLOSED DOORS THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED SMOKE IN THE AFT CABIN.  SLIDES WERE DEPLOYED & AIRCRAFT EVACUATED.  THE TAIL CONE SLIDE FAILED TO DEPLOY.
