DURING TAXI OUT, FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED SMOKE IN THE CABIN.  SECURING AIR CONDITIONING PACKS & RECIRCULATION FANS STOPPED SMOKE.  FOUND RT ACM SEIZED.  R & R ACM IAW AMM 21-51-03.  PERFORMED OPERATIONAL & LEAK CHECKS.  SYS CHECKED NORMAL.
