## Discrepancy

L1 DOOR SLIDE PARTIALLY DEPLOYED DURING DOOR OPENING.  DOOR ASSIST BOTTLE DISCHARGED.  DOOR SLIDE PACK FELL OUT, BUT DID NOT DEPLOY.  REINSTALLED SLIDE IAW MM 25-66-01 & CARD 25-94-34.
