## Discrepancy

FLIGHT ATTENDANTS REPORT SMELL OF MELTING PLASTIC IN AFT RT LAVATORY.  SMELL TO BE DETERMINED FROM NEW HOT WATER HEATER.  NO DEFECTS NOTED.  HOT WATER HEATER OPERATIONS NORMAL.
