AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GNDED.  INBD FLASHLIGHT AT L2 DOOR, FLIGHT ATTENDANT SEAT NOT CHARGING.  SECOND FLASHLIGHT AT LOCATION CHARGING.  REPLACED FLASHLIGHT BATTERY & ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
