AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GNDED.   DOOR L1 FWD SLIDE, ARMED INDICATION PROXIMITY SENSOR S10214 LOOSE.  REPLACED L1 DOOR GIRT BAR PROXIMITY SENSOR IAW TR25-017AW.  SYS OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD.
