## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GNDED.  MONITOR AT SEAT 7C HAD ELEC SMELL & VISIBLE SMOKE.  IT WAS SHUT DOWN WITH NO ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS.  REPLACED SEAT MONITOR ASSEMBLY & ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW AMM 23-32-08.
