TAIL COMPARTMENT EMER LIGHTS WON`T TEST.  REPLACED TAIL COMPARTMENT EMER LIGHTS BATTERY PACK IAW AMM 33-53-00.  OPERATIONS CHECKED NORMAL.  THE ACFT WAS NOT GNDED.
