AIRCRAFT WAS GNDED.  AIR INTERRUPT, EMER DECLARED, LANDING UNEVENTFUL & ACFT WAS OVERWEIGHT.  DURING CRUISE STANDBY ATTITUDE INDICATOR WENT BLANK.  R & R STANDBY ATTITUDE INDICATOR IAW AMM 34-24-01.  ALL CHECKED GOOD.
