## Discrepancy

DURING SCHEDULED CHANGE OF R1 DOOR SLIDE THE REPLACEMENT SLIDE WAS FOUND TO BE INCORRECTLY PACKED, WHICH PREVENT PROPER GIRT BAR ATTACHMENT.  DEFECTIVE SLIDE ROUTED TO STORES FOR DISPOSITION.  AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
