AIRCRAFT WAS GNDED.  UNWANTED & UNCOMMANDED TRANSFER OF FUEL FROM RT WING TANK TO CTR TANK.  FOUND RT WING INBD FUELING VLV LINE DISCONNECTED FROM FRONT SPAR.  RECONNECTED CTR FUEL TANK FUEL & DEFUEL COUPLING.
