## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: R4 DOOR GIRT BAR ENGAGEMENT LIGHT INOPERATIVE.  REPLACED PROXIMITY SENSOR AND ACTUATOR, TARGET, AT THE R4 DOOR.  A SATISFACTORY OPS CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED IAW AMM 25-66-11.
