AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.  AIR INTERRUPT, EMERGENCY DECLARED, LANDING UNEVENTFUL.  DURING CLIMB, THE TAIL COMPARTMENT HIGH TEMPERATURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED.
