## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  OVEN NR 1 6-11, AFT GALLEY, MAKES POPPING NOISE AND HAS AN ELECTRICAL ODOR WHEN COOKING.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED GALLEY OVEN PER AMM 25-35-19.  ACCOMPLISHED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
