## Discrepancy

HEAVY FUMES AND ODORS FILLED CABIN WHEN PACKS WHERE TURNED ON WITH APU RUNNING.  AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE APU FUEL CONTROL IAW AMM 49-30-01. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
