## Discrepancy

DURING CRUISE MULTIPLE LAVATORIES REPORTED INOPERATIVE.   EMERGENCY DECLARED. LANDING UNEVENTFUL.  MAINTENANCE VERIFIED ALL WASTE TANKS WERE EMPTIED. MOST AFT LEFT DRAIN VALVE FOUND HARD TO OPERATE. EXECISED VALVE LEVER. ALL LAVATORIES FUNCTION NORMAL IAW AMM 38-11-04.
