AIRCRAFT NOT GROUNDED.  2 EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS ON THE WALL OF THE TAIL AIR STAIR EXIT ARE INOPERATIVE.  REPAIRED BROKEN WIRE TO LIGHTS.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
