FORWARD GALLEY OVEN NR 2 OVERHEATED AND EMITTED A SMALL AMOUNT OF SMOKE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED OVEN IAW AMM 25-32-02.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
