AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED. MIA-LPB FLIGHT DIVERTED TO VVI ACCOUNT LEFT VHF RADIO FAILED. LANDING UNEVENTFUL. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT VHF RADIO TRANSCEIVER ASSEMBLY IAW AMM 23-12-01. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
