AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED. RIGHT OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN IS MISSING THE LENS COVER. INSTALLED LENS COVER IAW AMM 25-63-00. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
