## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT AT STATION 1305 AFT VAULT DOOR HAS A MISSING LENS COVER.  REPLACED LENS COVER IAW AMM 33-53-00.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
