## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN BY R1 DOOR IN THE FORWARD GALLEY HAS A DETACHED LENS COVER.  REPLACED EXIT SIGN ASSEMBLY IAW AMM 33-51-13.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
