## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  L2 DOOR EMERGENCY EVACUATION SLIDE HOUSING IS OFF THE HINGES.  ATTACHED SLIDE HOUSING COVER IAW AMM 52-11-24.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
