L1 ENTRY DOOR HARD TO OPEN FROM OUTSIDE. ADJUSTED HORIZONTAL CONTROL ROD IAW AMM 52-11-00-820-801 STEP K.  OPS CHECK GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.
