ON ARRIVAL, L1 VIEW PORT VISION OBSCURED WITH FOG.  REPLACED WINDOW SEALS AND INSTALLED WINDOW IN THE L1 DOOR IAW MM 56-30-00. THE AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
