AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  AIRPLANE HEALTH MONITORING SERVICING ALERTS RECEIVED FOR WIRELESS EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM.  REMOVED AND REPLACED WELS CONTROL UNIT AT R4 DOOR IAW DMC-B787-A-33-51-07.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
