AIRCRAFT WAS IN BASE MAINTENANCE.  SEAT MOUNTED EMERGENCY ESCAPE PATH MARKING LIGHT ASSEMBLY AT SEAT 13D IS MISSING.  INSTALLED LIGHT ASSEMBLY IAW AMM 33-60-98.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
